The terms of use and privacy policies of third-party services (Groq, OpenRouter, Google AI Studio, Google Cloud, etc.) used in the provision of the services are applicable. Wind Developers cannot be held responsible for any interruptions, data losses, or disruptions that may arise from these third-party services.
All functions, algorithms, interfaces, designs, and simulations developed by Wind Developers or used within the services are protected under intellectual property law. These elements, in whole or in part, may not be copied, reproduced, or used without authorization in any manner. All rights for the entirety of the services are reserved individually.
While using Wind Developers Artificial Intelligence services; inputs (prompts) aimed at harming the system, infrastructure, or third parties, or those that are malicious or manipulative, shall not be used. No attempts shall be made to breach system security.
API keys and access privileges that provide entry to the services may not be copied, shared, or transferred by any method. Systems and databases are protected with security protocols, and the right to initiate legal proceedings against those acting to the contrary is reserved.
Office and all other services within the platform must be used in accordance with proper procedures and rules of good faith. Integrated external services (Hercules.app, etc.) are responsible for the processing and storage of your data. Wind Developers accepts no legal or financial liability for any data loss caused by user error or external service disruptions.
